Chief Noa has been at the forefront of critical emergency response operations, fire suppression, technical rescues, and community education initiatives. His academic achievements include A.S. degrees in Emergency Medical Services and Nursing, as well as a B.S. in Healthcare Administration—a testament to his well-rounded knowledge and leadership capabilities in both emergency and healthcare settings.
